Position Summary

The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for leading shipping operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery while supervising team members and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise shipping team
Coordinate shipments (truck, UPS, FedEx)
Ensure order accuracy
Review documentation
Maintain equipment and workspace
Ensure safety compliance
Track KPIs
Collaborate across departments

Qualifications

3+ years shipping/logistics experience
Leadership skills
Organizational ability
System knowledge
Problem-solving
