Position Summary

The Tufting Supervisor is responsible for leading all aspects of the tufting department, including production, equipment setup and maintenance, and quality control. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and supervise tufting employees
Set up machines (yarn, pattern, gauge)
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting
Monitor product quality and consistency
Develop work instructions and train employees
Track production metrics and downtime
Maintain safe and organized work area
Drive process improvements

Qualifications

3+ years tufting or manufacturing experience
Strong mechanical aptitude
Leadership experience preferred
Problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
