Lake Country Manufacturing, Inc is looking for a Manufacturing Technician Lead. This candidate will need to be a reliable and adaptable manufacturing team member who can also help with mechanical work with machines as needed. This candidate will need strong work ethics and an eye for quality. Due to the nature of our products, the work is not physically demanding. This position will require the employee to stand or sit depending on station for 8-10 hours daily. Employees are rotated and cross trained on all stations regularly to increase productivity and efficiency.

Essential Responsibilities: 

• Must exhibit the core values of Lake Country Manufacturing (Learning, Trust, Family, Teamwork, Entrepreneurial Spirit)
• Executing supervisor’s daily work instructions in a timely manner
• Mechanical and Machine Repair (must have work history in machine repair)
• Meeting or exceeding productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
• Lifting and carrying materials (up to 50lbs.) as needed
• Operating material handling equipment such as Fork lifts, hand jacks, and wheeled carts safely in tight quarters. Restocking work areas with supplies is key for this role. 
• Maintaining the work area keeping it clean, safe, and organized
• You’ll Need To Have:
  • Strong basic mathematics skills
  • The ability to effectively utilize basic measuring devices.
  • Ability to learn each machine and trouble shoot the machines to keep them operational.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Pay Rate:   $20 / Hour - bi-weekly pay.

Hours: 

• Monday - Friday: 7:00AM – 3:30PM  + with the possibility of Over Time when needed
